For products deemed dead on arrival (DOA) or items submitted for repair, we do not protect or compensate any data stored on SSDs, flash memory, or other recording media, nor any internal data such as device settings stored in the product.
• SUNEAST products are not approved for use as components of life-support equipment or in any system where a malfunction or failure could result in personal injury or death.
• SUNEAST does not restrict the use of its products in military or military-related equipment, traffic control devices, aircraft, nuclear fuel systems, disaster prevention systems, or medical or medical-related equipment. However, SUNEAST assumes no liability for any death, loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the use of products incorporated into such applications. In these circumstances, SUNEAST’s overall liability and warranties for repair, replacement, or refund are limited. Repair, replacement, or refund constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty or other legal theory.
• We shall not be liable for any death, loss, damage, or injury to persons or pets.
• We recommend that you regularly back up all data stored on SUNEAST products. We are not responsible for data stored on defective products or for any costs relating to data recovery or backup.
• SUNEAST is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or data loss occurring during transportation for repair or replacement.
• To improve compatibility or performance, product specifications and packaging may be changed without prior notice.
• A portion of the stated capacity is used for formatting and other functions; therefore, the available capacity will be less.
• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages arising from product failure—whether based on breach of contract, tort, or otherwise—shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
