• SUNEAST SnapClick Warranty Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions define the warranty coverage applicable to SUNEAST SnapClick products.
    Customers are kindly requested to review the following provisions carefully upon purchase.

    1. Initial Defects and Shipping Damage
    If the purchased product has an initial defect, is an incorrect item, or has been damaged or soiled during transit, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased within 10 days of receipt to request a replacement.
    To process a replacement, the product must be returned to our designated address with all original accessories and included items.
    Return shipping costs to our designated address shall be borne by the customer.
    SUNEAST shall not be responsible for any damage or malfunction that occurs during transit for repair or replacement.
    ※Replacement for initial defects will be processed only after inspection of the returned product. ※Please include a written note describing the symptoms or specific details of the malfunction.

    2. Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
    Returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including customer preference, are not accepted under any circumstances. Products that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.

    3. Warranty Exclusions
    The following cases are not covered under this warranty, even if they occur within the warranty period.
    (1)Damage or malfunction resulting from transportation or handling by the customer after purchase, incorrect or improper use, accidental damage such as drops or impact, or storage in inappropriate environments.
    (2)Claims submitted more than 10 days after product delivery.
